The below recipe will take 5 minutes for preparation, 10 minutes for cooking and serves 10 people at a time.

Ingredients

  • 100 grams Paneer- Grated and mashed
  • Half teaspoon- Cardamom powder
  • Chopped almonds- 6 to 8 pieces
  • Sliced pistachio- 6 to 8 pieces
  • 1 litre- Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk
  • 200 grams or half tin- Nestlé MILKMAID

Recipe

Step 1- Pour one litre of Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk into a heavy bottom pan.

Step 2- Add the required amount of Nestlé MILKMAID along with the mashed paneer.

Step 3- Mix the ingredients well.

Step 4- Bring the mixture to a boil and cook on a medium flame while stirring it continuously.

Step 5- Cook the mixture until it is reduced to half its actual amount.

Step 6- Add half a teaspoon of cardamom powder after removing the mixture from the heat.

Step 7- Garnish the sweet dish with sliced pistachio and chopped almonds.

  1. Malpua recipe

Anyone who has a sweet tooth cannot deny that they crave Malpua once in a while. The Malpua recipe is super easy to make and takes very little time to get cooked. People like to have this north- Indian dish as an evening snack.

Ingredients

For sugar syrup-

  • One and a half cups sugar
  • 300 ml or 2 cups water

For Malpua-

  • 100 grams Sooji
  • 1 cup water
  • 50 grams Maida
  • 200 grams Nestlé MILKMAID
  • Paneer
  • 1 pinch baking powder
  • Oil for shallow frying

Recipe

Step 1- Pour water and add sugar to a pan. Stir it and bring it to a boil. Switch off the flame.

Step 2- Prepare a mixture of maida, sooji, baking powder, water, and Nestlé MILKMAID and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.

Step 3- Make a fine and smooth mix of crumbled paneer and add it to the previous mixture.

Step 4- Beat both the mixtures well until it becomes a smooth batter.

Step 5- Take a flat pan and heat some oil (1-2 mm layer of oil) for the shallow frying process.

Step 6- Pour some batter into the oil to make a flat and small malpua (2-3 inches in diameter).

Step 7- Fry both sides to get an even brown texture.

Step 8- Soak it in the sugar syrup for half a minute. Remove and serve it on a plate.
